The power of survey delivery is not just the tool results, but what you are capable of doing with the survey results. So as I begin to expand my thinking about post survey implementation, I am thinking of the concepts of human behavior, inspiration, common goals and ownership. This power is created within Creative Spaces™. These Creative Spaces™ help people find their creativity. When people with diverse backgrounds build on ideas of others, you are linking human behaviors to the engagement of a new way of design thinking and action planning with charged innovation. It's the synthesis of different values to solve a common problem. It creates inspiration amongst people to a common cause in which they all have a vested ownership interest. This is problem solving at its finest! You mix the enthusiasm with market research about customer buying preferences, Facebook ROI analysis, people energy/engagement - You can innovate anything.

Great point! Gathering and communicating survey results is not difficult. The challenge is in getting individual employees change in the direction needed to move the organization forward, solve problems, or increase revenue. Ensuring every employee understands how he/she impacts strategic and operational goals is critical, as is involving employees in creating solutions. If the organizational culture celebrates failures, employees will continue to innovate to meet strategic goals.
